- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for Journalist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- All Journalist services described herein shall be performed by qualified and experienced Journalist professionals registered with the relevant professional bodies in Singapore Singapore. The client shall have the right to request a named Journalist for specific assignments.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be due upon acceptance and signing. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of completion of all Journalist deliverables.
- All deliverables produced by our Journalist team shall be subject to a minimum of two (2) rounds of client review and revision. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur supplementary charges as per the rate card in Singapore Singapore.
- Intellectual property: Upon full payment, all written content, reports, and media materials produced by the Journalist team shall become the sole property of the client. Our firm retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio materials, subject to the client's written consent.
- Confidentiality: All Journalist team members shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
