- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement confirmed after the expiry date will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Journalist services in South Korea Seoul.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon signing of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of all deliverables and final acceptance by the Client.
- All payments shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account of MediaBridge Korea Co., Ltd. International wire transfers in USD will be accepted at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of transaction.
- The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all South Korean labor laws, press regulations, and data protection statutes, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea.
- Any additional services, extended coverage days, or scope changes beyond what is specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the rates listed herein.
- The Client grants the Journalist full access to all press events, corporate facilities, and interview subjects within Seoul as reasonably required to fulfill the scope of work. The Client is responsible for securing all necessary permits and access clearances.
- Intellectual property rights for all articles, reports, and media content produced by the Journalist during the engagement period shall vest in the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
Note: All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). A VAT of 10% (as per South Korean tax law) will be applied to the total amount upon invoicing. The Journalist's professional liability insurance is included in the administrative overhead line item. Should the engagement require the Journalist to travel outside the Seoul metropolitan area (e.g., Incheon, Suwon, or Busan), additional travel and accommodation costs will be quoted separately.
