Thank you for your request for a Quotation Estimate regarding professional Journalist services to be delivered in Spain Madrid. Madrid Press & Media Services S.L. is pleased to present this detailed Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a senior Journalist to cover, write, and produce editorial content for your upcoming corporate communications campaign based in the city of Spain Madrid. This Quotation Estimate reflects our standard rates for Journalist work performed within the Madrid metropolitan area and complies with all applicable Spanish labour and tax regulations governing freelance and contracted media professionals.

The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily from our offices in the Salamanca district of Spain Madrid and will be available for on-site assignments throughout the Madrid community, including but not limited to the city centre, the business district of Cuatro Torres, and the surrounding municipalities of Pozuelo de Alarcón and Majadahonda. The Journalist will hold a valid Spanish press card (Carné de Prensa) issued by the Consejo de la Prensa Española and will be fully registered with the Spanish Social Security system (Seguridad Social) for the duration of the engagement.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, rates for the Journalist engagement in Spain Madrid may be subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the midpoint deliverables; 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our account at Banco Santander, Madrid branch, IBAN: ES91 0049 0001 5320 1234 5678.
Journalist Availability: The Journalist assigned to this project in Spain Madrid will be available Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. Weekend or after-hours assignments in Spain Madrid will be billed at 1.5× the standard daily rate and must be pre-approved in writing.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all written content, interview recordings, and editorial materials produced by the Journalist in Spain Madrid shall become the exclusive property of the client, subject to the Journalist's right of attribution as author under Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996).
Confidentiality: The Journalist shall adhere to a strict non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary information encountered during assignments in Spain Madrid. This obligation survives for two (2) years following project completion.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes affecting public transport in Spain Madrid, government-mandated closures, or natural disasters.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract for Journalist services in Spain Madrid shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
Revisions: The client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions requested by the client beyond this limit will be charged at the Journalist's hourly rate of €55.00 per hour, as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Journalist services to be performed in Spain Madrid. Upon countersignature by Madrid Press & Media Services S.L., this document constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
