- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Journalist services in Spain Valencia is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced in two equal monthly instalments aligned with the six-week project timeline in Valencia, Spain. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Media & Press Solutions S.L.
- Journalist Availability: The assigned Journalist is confirmed for the stated period. In the event of unforeseen illness or force majeure, a substitute Journalist of equivalent seniority and press credentials will be provided at no additional charge, subject to client approval.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all written, photographic, audio, and video content produced by the Journalist in Spain Valencia shall become the exclusive property of the client. The Journalist retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- Compliance with Spanish Law: The Journalist shall comply with all applicable legislation of the Kingdom of Spain, including but not limited to the Spanish Constitution (Article 20, freedom of information), the Ley de Prensa, and the regulations of the Comunidad Valenciana regarding public access to municipal information in Valencia.
- Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to two (2) rounds of editorial revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed at the Journalist's standard hourly rate of € 55.00 per hour.
