  1. Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate shall be considered valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance must be confirmed in writing by the client within this period to proceed with the Journalist engagement in Sudan Khartoum.
  2. Payment Terms: A deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon contract signing. The remaining sixty percent (60%) shall be payable in two equal installments: fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the first ten (10) working days of Journalist service, and the final fifty percent (50%) upon delivery of all remaining deliverables.
  3. Journalist Qualifications: The assigned Journalist must hold a valid press card issued by the Sudanese Press and Media Council, possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional reporting experience in Sudan Khartoum, and demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: All Journalist activities conducted under this Quotation Estimate shall strictly adhere to the laws of the Republic of Sudan, including but not limited to the Press and Media Act, the National Media Authority regulations, and any local ordinances applicable in Khartoum, Sudan.
  5. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount, all written, photographic, audio, and video content produced by the Journalist shall become the sole property of the client. The Journalist retains the right to use excerpts for professional portfolio purposes with prior written consent.
  6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, government-imposed media restrictions, or natural disasters affecting Sudan Khartoum.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Sudan. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Khartoum.
