- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates, availability, and terms are subject to renegotiation and re-issuance.
- Payment shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account of East African Media Solutions Ltd., Bank of Africa, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3367, within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance.
- The Journalist engaged under this arrangement shall be considered a contracted professional and not an employee of the client organization. All statutory deductions, including PAYE and NIDA contributions, shall be handled by the provider in accordance with Tanzanian labor law.
- All content produced by the Journalist shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a supplementary rider to this Quotation Estimate.
- The Journalist shall comply with all media licensing requirements issued by the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) and the Tanzania Press and Media Council while operating in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, shall exempt either party from performance obligations for the duration of such events.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
