This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the request from Global Media Partners International for the engagement of a professional Journalist to conduct on-the-ground reporting, interviews, and editorial content production within the metropolitan area of Thailand Bangkok and its surrounding districts. The Journalist will be responsible for producing a minimum of twelve (12) long-form feature articles, four (4) video interview segments (each 8–12 minutes), and a comprehensive photo-essay package covering cultural, economic, and social themes relevant to the Southeast Asia Feature Series.

The Journalist will operate primarily from the central business district of Thailand Bangkok, with scheduled field assignments in the Thonburi, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan provinces as required by the editorial calendar. All reporting will be conducted in English, with optional Thai-language supplementary materials provided upon request. The Journalist will coordinate directly with the GMP-I editorial team via weekly video conferences and daily progress reports submitted through the project management portal.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a 40% advance payment (THB 607,674) due within seven (7) business days of signed acceptance; a 35% interim payment (THB 531,715) due upon completion of the first fifteen (15) calendar days of Journalist fieldwork in Thailand Bangkok; and a final 25% balance (THB 379,797) due within ten (10) business days of delivery and client approval of all remaining deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the official invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Journalist must be reconfirmed in writing.
• The Journalist engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable Thai press regulations, the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550, and local media licensing requirements in Thailand Bangkok.
• All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (articles, video segments, photographs) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Journalist retains the right to use excerpts for professional portfolio purposes with prior written consent.
• Any changes to the scope of work, including additional field assignments outside the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area, shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
• The Journalist shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Thailand Bangkok, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Journalist to provide professional media services in Thailand Bangkok.
