- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Journalist services in Turkey Istanbul.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site reporting in Turkey Istanbul, and 20% upon final delivery of all edited content and photographic materials.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the bank account designated by Bosphorus Media Group LLC, Istanbul, Turkey. Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the Client.
- The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable press regulations of the Republic of Turkey, including but not limited to the Press Law No. 5680 and the Turkish Constitution provisions on freedom of the press.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (articles, photographs, video segments) shall transfer to the Client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to use excerpts for portfolio purposes with prior written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional days of coverage in Turkey Istanbul, or extra events beyond those listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed via signed copy of this document or a formal Purchase Order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QTE-IST-2025-0487.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Turkey Istanbul, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations during the affected period without penalty.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC). The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- The Journalist shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all sources, unpublished information, and proprietary materials encountered during the engagement in Turkey Istanbul.
