- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Journalist.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the second month of services, and the remaining 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account specified by MediaBridge Communications LLC.
- The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the Federal Media Law, the National Media Council Code of Conduct, and all applicable data protection and privacy statutes in force in Abu Dhabi.
- All content produced by the Journalist shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. MediaBridge Communications LLC retains the right to reference the engagement in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
- Any additional services, extended reporting days, or scope changes beyond what is detailed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- The Journalist will be available for on-site assignments within the Abu Dhabi emirate. Travel to other emirates within the United Arab Emirates will be billed at an additional rate of AED 350 per day, inclusive of transportation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by signature below indicates the client's intent to proceed.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
