The Journalist must hold a valid UAE press card issued by the relevant authority in the United Arab Emirates Dubai and shall comply with all local media laws, including the Federal Media Law and Dubai-specific broadcasting and publication regulations.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in the United Arab Emirates Dubai media sector.
The Journalist assigned to this project shall be a UAE-resident professional holding a valid press credential. In the event of unavailability, a substitute of equivalent seniority and qualification shall be provided with prior written consent from the client.
All content produced under this engagement shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to include the work in a professional portfolio, subject to a 90-day embargo period.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account in the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
Any additional services, extended coverage days, or scope changes beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary agreement and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
All reporting activities shall comply with the UAE Federal Media Law, the Dubai Media Regulatory framework, and applicable data protection regulations. The Journalist shall not publish or distribute any material without the client's prior written approval.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The governing law for this document shall be the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting the United Arab Emirates Dubai, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations during the affected period.
