The Journalist assigned to this engagement will be a fully accredited member of the Press Association and the National Union of Journalists (NUJ), with a minimum of twelve years of experience in regional and national reporting. All work will be conducted in accordance with the Editors' Code of Practice and applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

- A deposit of 40% (£6,374.40 including VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- The remaining 60% (£9,561.60 including VAT) shall be invoiced upon completion of all deliverables and is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date.
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Cheques are not accepted.
- Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the assigned Journalist may be subject to change.
- All intellectual property rights in the written and photographic content produced by the Journalist shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- The Journalist reserves the right to withhold publication of any material that, in their professional and legal judgement, may constitute defamation, breach of privacy, or violate the Editors' Code of Practice.
- Manchester Media Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays in publication caused by third-party platforms or regulatory bodies.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Manchester.
- The client agrees to provide reasonable access to interview subjects, event venues, and relevant documentation within the Manchester area to facilitate the Journalist's work.
- Cancellation by the client after the commencement of services will result in a charge of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value, in addition to any costs already incurred.
