- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and availability of the assigned Journalist must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All Journalist deliverables shall conform to the editorial guidelines, style standards, and content specifications mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of work in United States Chicago.
- The Journalist retains full copyright ownership of all original work product unless a separate work-for-hire agreement is executed in writing. The client shall receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to reproduce and distribute the Journalist's content for the purposes specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional event coverage, or extended engagement beyond the 90-day period in United States Chicago will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and mutual approval before work proceeds.
