4. Payment Terms & Schedule

5. Terms, Conditions & Legal Provisions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Journalist professional are subject to revision.
- The Journalist engaged under this agreement shall adhere to the ethical standards established by the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Code of Ethics and all applicable United States federal and Florida state media laws.
