Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding service agreement upon written acceptance (email or signed copy) by the client within thirty (30) days of the date of issue. After the expiration date, Meridian Media Group reserves the right to revise rates to reflect current United States New York City market conditions.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% is due within fifteen (15) business days of final deliverable acceptance. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month, consistent with New York State commercial law.
Journalist Availability: The assigned Journalist shall be available for all scheduled assignments within the United States New York City service area. In the event of illness or emergency, Meridian Media Group shall provide a substitute Journalist of equivalent seniority and credentialing within 24 hours.
Revisions: Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds specified in Section 2. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at $150.00 per hour for the Journalist’s time.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all written content, photographs, and associated media produced by the Journalist shall become the sole property of the client. The Journalist retains the right to include the work in a professional portfolio with prior written notice to the client.
Confidentiality: The Journalist agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, unpublished sources, and proprietary data encountered during the engagement in the United States New York City. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting the United States New York City area, public health emergencies, or government-ordered closures.
