- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Journalist may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United States San Francisco media industry.
- Payment terms: 40% due upon execution of the service agreement; 30% due at the midpoint of the engagement period (Month 3); 30% due upon completion of all deliverables. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date.
- The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain full editorial independence in accordance with California Business and Professions Code and the ethical guidelines of the American Society of News Editors. No content shall be altered without mutual written consent.
- All work product, including articles, reports, recordings, and media assets produced during the engagement, shall become the exclusive property of Pacific Crest Communications Group upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Journalist services.
- Any additional services, events, or deliverables beyond the scope outlined herein will be subject to a supplemental Quotation Estimate and written approval by the client.
- All services will be performed in compliance with applicable federal, California state, and United States San Francisco municipal regulations, including but not limited to data privacy laws (CCPA) and labor standards.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be responsible for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
