This Quotation Estimate is issued by Central Asia Media Solutions LLC to formally outline the professional fees, deliverables, and conditions for the engagement of a qualified Journalist to provide editorial, reporting, and media coverage services within the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Journalist assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in print, broadcast, or digital media, possess fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English, and maintain a valid press credential issued by the Ministry of Information and Mass Media of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the Press and Media Law of Uzbekistan and applicable local regulations governing journalistic activity in Tashkent.

4	Translation and localization services. The Journalist shall translate and adapt all produced content between Uzbek, Russian, and English to ensure accurate representation for audiences across Uzbekistan, with primary distribution in Tashkent.	As required	$80 / article	$1,600.00

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement accepted after the expiry date shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate as an independent contractor and shall not be considered an employee of the client. All social insurance, pension contributions, and personal income tax obligations in Uzbekistan shall be the sole responsibility of the Journalist or the contracting agency.
All intellectual property rights in the written, photographic, and audio content produced by the Journalist during the engagement period in Tashkent, Uzbekistan shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
The Journalist shall comply with all press regulations, data protection laws, and ethical journalism standards as established by the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any violation of local media laws in Tashkent shall be the responsibility of the Journalist and may result in immediate termination of this engagement.
Payment shall be made in US Dollars or Uzbekistan Som at the National Bank of Uzbekistan's published exchange rate on the date of invoicing. Payment terms: 50% advance upon signing, 50% upon completion of the engagement period.
Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. The full service agreement shall be executed separately within five (5) business days of acceptance.
