- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Journalist are subject to revision.

- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the midpoint deliverables, and 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off. Payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the designated account in Caracas, Venezuela.
