• Live broadcast support and on-air Journalist commentary for up to eight (8) hours per week on the client's radio and television platforms.
• Social media content creation, including written captions, video scripts, and multimedia storytelling packages produced by the assigned Journalist.
• Attendance at all scheduled client meetings, editorial planning sessions, and stakeholder engagements held in Zimbabwe Harare.
• Provision of a dedicated Journalist with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in news media, holding a recognised journalism qualification from a Zimbabwean institution such as the University of Zimbabwe or the National University of Science and Technology.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
2. Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon signing of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments at the end of Month 2 and Month 3 of the engagement period.
3. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Harare Media & Communications Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, held at Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, Harare Branch. Alternatively, payments may be made in Zimbabwe Gold (ZWG) at the prevailing interbank rate on the date of payment.
4. The assigned Journalist shall operate in strict compliance with the Zimbabwe Media and Broadcasting Act, the Press and Publishing Act, and all applicable codes of conduct issued by the Zimbabwe National Press Council.
5. Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, including but not limited to out-of-town travel beyond Zimbabwe Harare, overtime work, or emergency assignments, shall be quoted separately and require written approval from the client prior to execution.
6. Harare Media & Communications Solutions (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the assigned Journalist with a professional of equivalent or superior qualification and experience, provided that the client is notified in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
7. All intellectual property rights in content produced by the Journalist under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full and final payment of this Quotation Estimate.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) document.
9. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Zimbabwe Harare in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
