Upon receipt of a signed purchase order and the initial 40% advance payment, the vendor shall commence the procurement and preparation of all Judge system components. The estimated delivery of hardware to the designated facility in Afghanistan Kabul shall be within thirty (30) calendar days of order confirmation. On-site installation, configuration, and integration of the Judge platform in Kabul shall be completed within a four-week window following hardware delivery. The training program for judicial staff in Afghanistan Kabul will be conducted during the final week of the installation phase. Full operational readiness of the Judge system is projected within seventy-five (75) calendar days from the date of contract execution.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Payment terms are structured as follows: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon successful delivery and installation of the Judge system in Afghanistan Kabul, and 20% upon completion of the training program and final acceptance sign-off. All intellectual property rights associated with the Judge software platform remain with the vendor; the Ministry of Justice in Kabul receives a perpetual, non-transferable license for use within the jurisdiction of Afghanistan. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal agreement in writing.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions at the Kabul facility. Any additional requirements for power backup, climate control, or security infrastructure beyond the scope described herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
