The complete deployment of the Judge system in Buenos Aires is projected to span 14 months from the date of contract execution. Phase 1 (months 1–4) covers infrastructure provisioning and core platform installation. Phase 2 (months 5–8) addresses module configuration, data migration, and integration testing. Phase 3 (months 9–12) involves pilot deployment in three selected courtrooms in the City of Buenos Aires, followed by full rollout in months 13–14. All milestones are subject to approval by the overseeing committee of the Power Judicial of Buenos Aires.

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding commercial proposal and does not constitute a contractual obligation until a formal purchase order or government contract is executed by both parties in accordance with Argentine public procurement law (Ley 27.431).
All prices are quoted in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to adjustment in the event of a devaluation of the peso exceeding 15% relative to the USD between the date of this Quotation Estimate and the date of contract signing.
Payment terms: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of Phase 2, and 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the Buenos Aires judicial authority.
The Judge platform intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Meridian Legal Technologies S.A. The Power Judicial of Buenos Aires receives a perpetual, non-transferable license for use within its jurisdiction.
All personal data processed by the Judge system shall be stored exclusively on servers located within the territory of Argentina, in compliance with Ley 25.326 (Personal Data Protection Law) and the regulations of the AAIP.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days. Any request for revision beyond this period will require a re-issuance with updated pricing.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any subsequent contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
