- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of Judge personnel are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is payable within fourteen (14) business days following the conclusion of the Melbourne event.
- All Judge professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate are independent contractors of Melbourne Judge Services Pty Ltd and are not employees of the client organisation.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary entry materials, scoring rubrics, and category briefs to the Judge panel no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date in Melbourne.
- Any changes to the scope of Judge services, the number of categories, or the event duration in Melbourne must be agreed in writing and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- All Judge assessments, scores, and written feedback remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Melbourne Judge Services Pty Ltd retains no right to reproduce or distribute Judge reports without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Victorian Small Claims Tribunal or, where the amount exceeds the jurisdictional limit, the Supreme Court of Victoria, Melbourne.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting Melbourne, public health emergencies, or government-mandated closures, may result in the postponement of the event without penalty to either party.
