- 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and Judge availability are subject to reconfirmation.
- 2. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as per Australian Taxation Office regulations.
- 3. Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of the event and delivery of all Judge assessment reports.
- 4. All Judge panel members are required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving any event-specific materials. Breach of NDA terms may result in legal action under Australian law.
- 5. Cancellation by the client more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation within twenty-one (21) days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within seven (7) days will incur a 100% fee.
- 6. Sydney Judge & Panel Services Pty Ltd shall use reasonable endeavours to confirm all Judge appointments within ten (10) business days of receiving the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 7. In the event of a Judge's unavailability due to illness or force majeure, an equivalent replacement Judge of similar seniority and expertise shall be provided at no additional cost to the client.
- 8. All services are to be performed at the venue located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Any additional travel beyond the Sydney metropolitan area will be quoted separately.
- 9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and returned by both parties. Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.
- 10. The client acknowledges that Judge assessments are professional opinions and are provided in good faith. Sydney Judge & Panel Services Pty Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made by the event organising committee based on Judge recommendations.
