3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All monetary values stated herein are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of Bangladesh. Payment terms for the Judge engagement services shall be structured as follows: fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) to be settled within seven (7) working days following the successful completion of the event and delivery of all Judge evaluation reports.
The client acknowledges that the Judge professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate are independent evaluators and shall not be subject to any influence, direction, or pressure from the organizing body or participating contestants. The integrity and impartiality of each Judge is a non-negotiable condition of this engagement. Any breach of the code of conduct by a Judge will result in immediate replacement at no additional cost to the client, as per the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be executed at the designated venue in Dhaka, Bangladesh, as confirmed in writing by the client no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event commencement date. Should the venue be relocated within the Dhaka metropolitan area, no additional charges shall apply. Relocation outside the Dhaka metro area will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
4. Additional Notes and Clarifications
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes a standard three-day event schedule in Dhaka. Any extension of the event duration, additional Judge requirements, or changes to the evaluation criteria after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a supplementary quotation. All Judge professionals will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Conflict of Interest Declaration prior to the commencement of their duties. The organizing committee in Dhaka shall provide all contestant materials and evaluation criteria to the Judges no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the first evaluation session.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Judge services in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and payment schedules as outlined in this document. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon mutual signature and the receipt of the advance payment.
