Each Judge will be selected based on demonstrated expertise, relevant industry experience, and adherence to the ethical standards mandated by the China Beijing event governance framework.

The following terms govern the acceptance and execution of this Quotation Estimate for Judge services in China Beijing:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for Judge engagement may be subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon written acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) business days following the conclusion of all Judge duties in China Beijing.
- Judge Selection: All Judge candidates will be vetted by Beijing Meridian Professional Services Co., Ltd. and approved in writing by the client's Organizing Committee prior to final confirmation. No Judge shall be assigned without mutual written consent.
- Substitution: In the event a confirmed Judge is unable to fulfill their commitment, a substitute of equivalent or superior qualification will be provided at no additional cost, in accordance with the contingency provision outlined in Item 10 of this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All Judges engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall execute a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement specific to the China Beijing event. No scoring data, deliberation notes, or competitor information shall be disclosed to any third party.
- Compliance: All Judge services shall be conducted in full compliance with the applicable regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to labor law provisions, tax obligations, and event licensing requirements specific to the Beijing municipality.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in China Beijing, and failing mediation, through arbitration under the rules of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Beijing Meridian Professional Services Co., Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment, scheduling, and management of all Judge personnel as specified herein for the event to be held in China Beijing.
