The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses all professional Judge services, administrative support, travel and accommodation arrangements within China Guangzhou, and ancillary deliverables required to ensure the full and proper execution of the adjudicatory proceedings.

The Judge services outlined in this Quotation Estimate include the following components, all to be delivered in and around China Guangzhou:

2.1 Chief Judge and Panel Composition

One (1) Chief Judge with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in international commercial arbitration, holding a valid practicing license issued by the Guangdong Provincial Judicial Administration. Additionally, four (4) Associate Judges will be appointed to form the full adjudicatory panel. All Judge members shall be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, and shall comply with the ethical standards set forth by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

2.2 Adjudicatory Proceedings

The Judge panel will preside over a minimum of twelve (12) formal arbitration hearings, three (3) mediation sessions, and two (2) emergency interim relief applications. Each Judge session will be conducted in the designated hearing rooms at the Guangzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center. The Chief Judge shall issue final written rulings within five (5) business days following the conclusion of each hearing.

2.3 Advisory and Consultation Services

In addition to formal adjudication, the Judge panel shall provide up to twenty (20) hours of advisory consultation to the organizing committee of the conference. This includes pre-hearing case reviews, procedural guidance for parties, and post-ruling explanations. All advisory sessions will be conducted in China Guangzhou at the venue or at the client's designated office in Tianhe District.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Judicial & Arbitration Services Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is as follows: a deposit of forty percent (40%) shall be paid within ten (10) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; a second installment of forty percent (40%) shall be paid upon commencement of the Judge proceedings on September 15, 2025; and the remaining twenty percent (20%) shall be settled within fifteen (15) business days following the final ruling and delivery of all written reports.

All Judge services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, specifically the Arbitration Law of the PRC and the Civil Procedure Law. The Judge panel shall maintain strict impartiality and confidentiality in accordance with the CIETAC Code of Ethics. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services herein shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in China Guangzhou. The client acknowledges that the Judge's rulings, once issued, are final and binding on all parties to the arbitration proceedings.

By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Guangzhou Judicial & Arbitration Services Co., Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the Judge panel for the 2025 Guangzhou International Arbitration & Mediation Conference.
