- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; 50% balance due within ten (10) business days following the completion of the event and delivery of the final evaluation report. Payments to be made via bank transfer to the account of Judge Services Bogotá S.A.S. at Bancolombia, Bogotá branch.
- Judge Availability: All judges listed in this estimate are subject to final confirmation no later than July 25, 2025. In the unlikely event a specific judge becomes unavailable, an equivalent or superior replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
- Confidentiality: All judges and staff will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliant with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Personal Data Protection) prior to the event. No evaluation data will be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- Liability and Insurance: Judge Services Bogotá S.A.S. maintains professional liability insurance with a coverage of COP 500,000,000, valid throughout the territory of Colombia. The client assumes responsibility for venue logistics, participant safety, and any third-party claims arising from the competition itself.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Bogotá, or public health emergencies as declared by the Colombian Ministry of Health.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Bogotá D.C. or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration administered by the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
- Tax Compliance: All amounts are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include the applicable 19% IVA as mandated by the Colombian National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN). A formal invoice (factura electrónica) will be issued in accordance with DIAN regulations.
