1. SCOPE OF SERVICES — JUDGE ENGAGEMENT

This Quotation Estimate is issued by our firm to formally propose the engagement of a certified Judge for the Annual National Competition 2025, to be held in the city of Medellín, Colombia. The Judge will be responsible for overseeing all competitive rounds, ensuring strict adherence to the established rules and regulations, evaluating participant performance with impartiality and technical precision, and issuing final scoring determinations in accordance with the competition's official judging criteria.

The selected Judge will operate exclusively within the jurisdiction of the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, and will be bound by the local regulatory framework governing competitive events as established by the relevant municipal and national authorities. All judging activities will take place at the designated venue in the El Poblado district of Medellín, with the Judge required to be present at least two (2) hours prior to the commencement of each competition day.

The final settlement will be made in COP via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 5. 3. JUDGE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

The Lead Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate must satisfy the following minimum qualifications: (a) a valid professional certification in competitive adjudication recognized by the relevant Colombian national federation; (b) a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience serving as a Judge in national or international competitions held in Colombia or abroad; (c) fluency in Spanish, with working proficiency in English for the purpose of preparing bilingual documentation; (d) a clean professional record with no prior disciplinary actions or disqualifications; and (e) availability to travel to and reside in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, for the full duration of the event plus one (1) additional day for the pre-event technical review.

The Judge shall maintain complete impartiality throughout the event and shall disclose any potential conflicts of interest to the Organizing Committee no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the first competition day. The Judge's decisions, once rendered in accordance with the official scoring criteria, shall be final and binding unless a formal appeal is filed within the timeframe established by the competition's rules of procedure.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
  2. The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is inclusive of all professional fees, travel, accommodation, and insurance as itemized. No additional charges will be incurred unless a written amendment is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
  3. Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate as a deposit. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the event in Medellín, Colombia.
  4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Banco de Bogotá, Account No. 016-456789-01, NIT 901.234.567-8, Medellín, Colombia. A formal invoice (Factura de Venta) compliant with DIAN regulations will be issued upon receipt of each payment.
  5. The Organizing Committee is responsible for providing the Judge with a dedicated workspace, access to all competition materials, and reasonable hospitality (meals and local transportation within Medellín) during the event days.
  6. Either party may cancel this engagement with a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Organizing Committee after the fourteen-day window, the deposit of fifty percent (50%) shall be non-refundable.
  7. This Quotation Estimate and all related services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
  8. The Judge's professional judgment and scoring decisions are protected under the principles of professional independence. The Organizing Committee shall not interfere with, direct, or influence the Judge's evaluation process.
5. ACCEPTANCE & SIGNATURES

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and cost items set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Judge services to be rendered in Medellín, Colombia. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature.
