3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% (USD 33,373.20) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% (USD 77,870.80) shall be payable within 30 days of full installation and sign-off by the designated Judge or authorized representative at the Kinshasa site.
3.2 Delivery Timeline: All items shall be delivered and fully installed within 45 calendar days of receipt of the deposit. The installation window is scheduled to avoid active court sessions in DR Congo Kinshasa.
3.3 Compliance: All equipment and software conform to the standards set by the Ministry of Justice of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and are compatible with the existing judicial infrastructure in Kinshasa.
