- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in material costs and exchange rates applicable in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery and installation at the Alexandria site; 20% upon final commissioning and sign-off by the Judge's office.
- Delivery Timeline: Full delivery and installation shall be completed within forty-five (45) working days from the date of the purchase order, subject to the availability of imported components.
- Warranty: All hardware items carry a minimum twelve (12) month warranty. The Judge's bench and oak furniture carry a five (5) year structural warranty. Software support is included for five (5) years.
- Compliance: All materials and equipment comply with Egyptian Standards Organization (EGS) regulations and the specific requirements of the Alexandria Judicial Council for courtroom installations.
- Taxes: All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing Egyptian rate of 14%, which shall be added to the final invoice.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
