- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date is subject to re-pricing due to potential fluctuations in raw material costs and exchange rates applicable in Egypt Cairo.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery and installation of the Judge system at the designated site in Cairo, Egypt, and 20% upon final acceptance and commissioning sign-off by the Ministry of Justice representative.
- All Judge furniture components are manufactured in Egypt using locally sourced and imported materials. Lead time for fabrication is twenty-five (25) working days from receipt of the advance payment.
- The Judge system warranty covers manufacturing defects, electronic component failure, and structural integrity for a period of three (3) years from the date of commissioning. Warranty service will be provided on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
- Any modifications to the Judge specifications after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include civil works, electrical rewiring beyond the scope of Item 08, or architectural modifications to the courtroom structure at the Tahrir Square Judicial Complex.
- All pricing is inclusive of standard packaging, insurance during transit within Egypt Cairo, and handling at the delivery site.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and adjudicated by the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
