This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Event Professionals Ltd. to formally propose the engagement of qualified and experienced Judge personnel for the 2025 National Ethiopian Cultural Excellence Awards to be held in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. The scope of work encompasses the recruitment, coordination, and on-site management of a panel of Judges who will evaluate and score participants across multiple categories including traditional music, contemporary dance, poetry recitation, visual arts, and culinary presentation.
Each Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a recognized expert in their respective field, possessing a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in the Ethiopian cultural and artistic landscape. All Judges will be vetted for impartiality, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to the ethical standards established by the Addis Ababa Cultural & Arts Federation. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement confirmed after the validity period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- All Judge fees quoted herein are inclusive of professional expertise, on-site presence for the full duration of the event (08:00 – 20:00 EAT daily), and participation in pre-event orientation sessions.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate as a formal purchase order. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the event and delivery of all written evaluation reports.
- Payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Event Professionals Ltd., Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Branch, Account No. 1001-XXXX-XXXX.
- Each Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Code of Conduct specific to the Addis Ababa Cultural & Arts Federation. Any breach of impartiality or confidentiality shall result in immediate removal from the panel and forfeiture of remaining fees.
- Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date shall incur a 20% administrative fee. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days shall incur a 50% fee. Cancellation within seven (7) days shall result in full payment of the quoted amount.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for international travel, visas, or airfare should any Judge be sourced from outside Ethiopia Addis Ababa. Such costs, if applicable, will be itemized in a supplementary addendum.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including but not limited to the Ethiopian Civil Code and the Federal Revenue Authority tax regulations.
- Meridian Event Professionals Ltd. reserves the right to substitute a Judge of equivalent or superior qualification in the event of unforeseen illness or emergency, provided the client is notified no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the event commencement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Addis Ababa City Commercial Court in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of Judge services in connection with the 2025 National Ethiopian Cultural Excellence Awards in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
