The Judge platform deployment in France Lyon shall follow a phased timeline commencing within 30 calendar days of contract signature. Phase 1 (infrastructure and server installation in Lyon) is estimated at 6 weeks. Phase 2 (software configuration, PACS integration, and data migration from legacy systems) is estimated at 8 weeks. Phase 3 (user acceptance testing, training sessions, and go-live) is estimated at 4 weeks. Full operational readiness of the Judge system across all Lyon court chambers is targeted for no later than 22 weeks from the date of contract execution.
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments: 30% upon contract signature; 40% upon completion of Phase 2 (integration and configuration); 20% upon successful go-live and user acceptance in Lyon; and 10% upon completion of the 90-day post-deployment warranty period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of LexTech Solutions SARL, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0000 0000 0000 000, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX. Invoices shall be issued in French and in English. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, particularly in hardware components and French labour costs.
5.2 All intellectual property rights in the Judge platform software remain the exclusive property of LexTech Solutions SARL. The Tribunal Judiciaire de Lyon is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Judge system within the France Lyon jurisdiction for the duration of the contract.
5.3 The Judge platform shall be operated in strict compliance with French law, including the Loi Informatique et Libertés (as amended), the GDPR, and all applicable CNIL recommendations regarding the processing of judicial data.
5.4 Any modification to the scope of this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Change orders affecting the Judge system configuration in Lyon shall be subject to a separate written amendment.
5.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
