This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Event Assessment Services SARL, a registered professional services company headquartered in France Paris (12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France), in response to the formal request submitted by the Paris International Culinary & Arts Foundation for the engagement of qualified Judge professionals to preside over the 12th Annual Paris Excellence Awards Ceremony. The services described herein pertain exclusively to the provision of impartial, certified Judge evaluators for the culinary, visual arts, and gastronomy categories of the event, to be conducted at the Grand Palais, France Paris.

Each Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of documented professional experience in their respective discipline, possess a valid certification from the French Ministry of Culture or the relevant professional body, and agree to a binding code of conduct ensuring complete impartiality, confidentiality, and adherence to the ethical standards governing all competitive evaluation proceedings in France Paris.

All amounts are quoted in Euros (EUR). VAT (TVA) is applied at the standard French rate of 20% as per the Code général des impôts. This Quotation Estimate does not include accommodation or intercity travel for Judges arriving from outside the France Paris metropolitan area; such costs, if applicable, will be itemized in a supplementary addendum.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the specified Judges are subject to revision.
Payment terms: 50% deposit (EUR 12,120.00) due within ten (10) business days of acceptance; the remaining 50% (EUR 12,120.00) is due within fifteen (15) business days following the conclusion of the event in France Paris.
Each Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate is bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a conflict-of-interest declaration, both of which must be executed prior to the event date.
The client reserves the right to request a substitution of any Judge up to fourteen (14) days before the event, provided a replacement of equivalent qualification is confirmed in writing.
All evaluation materials, scoring sheets, and written reports produced by the Judges remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France Paris.
Meridian Event Assessment Services SARL shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes full agreement to all terms stated herein. A signed copy must be returned to the undersigned within the validity period.
