All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR). VAT is applied at the standard German rate of 19%. No additional customs or import duties apply as all goods and services are sourced and delivered within Germany Munich.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 September 2025, pricing may be subject to revision due to hardware cost fluctuations or changes in the Judge software release cycle.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signature; 40% upon successful installation and commissioning of the Judge system in Munich; 30% upon final acceptance after the 2-week parallel run period. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
- Delivery & Installation: All hardware and software components will be delivered to the Landgericht München I premises in Germany Munich within 8 weeks of contract execution. On-site installation and configuration will be completed within 12 weeks of contract execution.
- Warranty: The Judge platform carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty. All hardware components carry a minimum 2-year on-site warranty with next-business-day replacement in Munich.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: All data processed by the Judge system shall remain exclusively within the jurisdiction of Germany Munich. - Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Judge system components.
