1. Scope of Services – Judge Engagement in Ghana Accra

This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the client's formal request for the professional engagement of a Judge to preside over and evaluate entries at the Annual Accra Business Excellence Awards Ceremony. The Judge will be responsible for assessing, scoring, and rendering final verdicts on all nominated entries across five (5) categories. All services described herein are to be delivered within the jurisdiction of Ghana Accra, and the Judge shall adhere to the ethical standards and professional codes established by the Ghanaian events industry and the relevant regulatory bodies operating in Ghana Accra.

The Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in professional evaluation, panel adjudication, or competitive assessment. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Judge engagement and associated services in Ghana Accra are subject to revision.
Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due as a non-refundable deposit upon acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Judge's duties at the Ghana Accra venue.
The Judge shall sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Conflict-of-Interest Declaration prior to the commencement of judging activities in Ghana Accra.
All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana Accra.
The Judge reserves the right to recuse from any category where a conflict of interest is identified. In such an event, a replacement Judge of equivalent standing will be sourced from our Ghana Accra professional network at no additional cost.
Any changes to the scope, duration, or location of the Judge's engagement within Ghana Accra must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the event date. Additional costs arising from such changes will be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorised representative of the Judge.
All invoices and receipts shall be issued in accordance with the requirements of the Ghana Revenue Authority and shall reference this Quotation Estimate number (QE-GHA-ACC-2025-0472).

4. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Judge engagement services in Ghana Accra and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein. The Judge named or to be assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall commence duties in strict accordance with the agreed schedule.
