- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Judge platform and associated services may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
- All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes in Bangalore, Karnataka, unless otherwise stated. GST will be charged as per the current government rate of 18%.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful deployment of the Judge system at the Bangalore venue, and the remaining 20% within fifteen (15) days of event completion and final report delivery.
- The Judge platform license is non-transferable and is specifically allocated for use at the Annual Technology & Innovation Summit 2025 in Bangalore. Any extension or additional usage requires a separate written amendment to this quotation.
- Judge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall provide a dedicated project manager based in Bangalore who will serve as the single point of contact throughout the engagement. All on-site activities will be conducted at the client's designated venue in Bangalore, India.
- Confidentiality: All data processed through the Judge evaluation system, including scores, evaluator identities, and participant submissions, shall remain strictly confidential and shall be handled in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or infrastructure failures specific to the Bangalore region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this quotation shall be communicated in writing via email or signed copy.
- Warranty: The Judge platform shall be free from critical defects for a period of ninety (90) days post-deployment. Any bugs or performance issues identified during this period in the Bangalore deployment shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
