Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of Judge personnel are subject to revision without prior notice.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total shall be payable upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within seven (7) working days following the successful completion of the Judge engagement and delivery of the final report.
Judge Availability: The specific Judge professionals identified for this engagement are subject to prior confirmation. In the event a named Judge is unavailable, an equivalent or superior replacement shall be proposed to the Client for approval at no additional cost.
Confidentiality: All Judge personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations of India.
Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
Revisions: Any modification to the scope of Judge services, change in event duration, or addition of further Judge personnel shall be documented via a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
Taxes and Duties: All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and any other statutory deductions shall be borne as per Indian law.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting New Delhi, India.
