The Judge panel will consist of five (5) distinguished professionals with expertise in business strategy, financial analysis, innovation management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Each Judge will be responsible for evaluating a specific criterion of the competition scoring matrix, ensuring a fair, balanced, and internationally benchmarked assessment process. All judges will be sourced from reputable institutions and corporate entities operating within Indonesia Jakarta and the broader Indonesian professional network.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in professional Judge fees within Indonesia Jakarta.
• Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon signing of the service agreement, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fourteen (14) business days following the successful completion of the event and delivery of the final Judge Evaluation Report.
• All Judge personnel engaged under this quotation shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the intellectual property and proprietary information of all participating teams.
• The Judge panel composition may be subject to minor adjustments due to unforeseen unavailability; however, any replacement Judge shall possess equivalent or superior qualifications and will be approved in writing by the client prior to the event.
• All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including those governing professional services in Indonesia Jakarta.
• Cancellation by the client more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total quoted amount. Cancellation within thirty (30) days will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
• All amounts are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.
