This Quotation Estimate covers the full lifecycle of the Judge deployment in Tehran, including hardware procurement, software licensing, on-site installation at the Tehran headquarters and three satellite district offices, staff training, and a 24-month post-deployment support contract.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to revision upon expiry due to currency fluctuation between USD and IRR.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of hardware and software to Tehran, and 30% upon successful commissioning and sign-off of the Judge system at all Tehran locations.
- All hardware and software components of the Judge platform are warranted for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance in Tehran, Iran.
- Delivery to Iran, Tehran shall be arranged via air freight through Imam Khomeini International Airport. All export licenses, customs documentation, and Iranian import permits shall be coordinated by Meridian Judicial Solutions in liaison with the client's designated customs agent in Tehran.
- The Judge system shall be fully localized in Persian (Farsi) with right-to-left (RTL) interface support, in compliance with the National Information Technology Authority of Iran (NITA) standards.
- Intellectual property rights to the Judge platform remain with Meridian Judicial Solutions Ltd. The client in Tehran receives a perpetual, non-transferable license for internal judicial use within the Province of Tehran.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional user licenses, or expansion of the Judge system to other Iranian cities beyond Tehran shall be subject to a separate amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to sanctions-related shipping delays affecting delivery to Iran, Tehran, shall extend the delivery timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
