3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate for the Judge's office in Iraq Baghdad remains valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date is subject to re-pricing.
Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery and installation at the Baghdad judicial site; 20% upon final commissioning and sign-off by the Judge's office administrator.
Delivery Timeline: Full delivery and installation shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of purchase order confirmation.
