Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, due within 30 days of the invoice date. The initial setup fee for the Digital Case-Management System (Item 5) shall be payable within 14 days of contract execution. All payments shall be made in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account of Jerusalem Judicial Advisory & Legal Services Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch Jerusalem, Account No. 001-445-8821. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Interest Law, 5713-1953.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- All services rendered under this estimate are subject to the laws of the State of Israel and the jurisdiction of the courts in Israel Jerusalem. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved exclusively by the competent court in Jerusalem, Israel.
- The Judge for whom services are provided retains full judicial independence. JJALS and its personnel shall not interfere with, influence, or comment upon any judicial decision, ruling, or opinion issued by the Judge.
- Confidentiality: All materials, documents, case files, and communications handled in connection with the Judge's duties in Israel Jerusalem shall be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to national emergencies declared by the State of Israel, natural disasters, or government-ordered closures of courts in Israel Jerusalem.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by an authorized representative of the District Court of Jerusalem.
- All intellectual property in legal research, memoranda, and advisory documents prepared specifically for the Judge shall vest in the judicial office of the Judge upon full payment.
