This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by Associazione Culturale "Napoli in Scena" for the engagement of a qualified Judge panel to preside over the annual "Premio Napoli d'Oro" culinary and cultural arts competition, to be held at the historic Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Italy. The Quotation Estimate covers the full professional services of the Judge, including pre-event preparation, on-site adjudication across all three competition days, deliberation sessions, and the formal award ceremony. All services are to be rendered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Italy Naples, in compliance with the applicable Italian civil and commercial regulations governing professional engagements and event management.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be confirmed in writing by the client via signed copy of this document or a formal purchase order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QN-2025-04718. Payment terms are set at fifty percent (50%) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and fifty percent (50%) within fifteen (15) business days following the conclusion of the event in Naples, Italy. All amounts are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of the services described herein.
The Judge reserves the right to decline any participant's submission or to request additional information prior to scoring. All decisions rendered by the Judge during the competition in Italy Naples are final and binding, in accordance with the competition rules agreed upon in the pre-event briefing. The Judge shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary recipes, performance materials, and internal deliberations.
In the event the client cancels the engagement, a cancellation fee of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall apply if notice is given fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event date. Rescheduling within the same calendar year in Italy Naples is permitted once, subject to the Judge's availability and a rescheduling administrative fee of EUR 200.00.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of costs and does not constitute a formal invoice. A binding service contract, compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2015 and the Civil Code provisions on professional services (Art. 2232 et seq.), shall be executed prior to the commencement of the Judge's duties in Naples, Italy.
