- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of all Judge availability and pricing.
- All Judge personnel will be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a code of conduct specific to competitive events held in Japan Kyoto, in compliance with local regulations of Kyoto Prefecture.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; 50% balance payment within fourteen (14) business days following the conclusion of the event in Kyoto, Japan.
- Any cancellation by the client more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will incur a 20% penalty fee. Cancellations within thirty (30) days will incur a 50% penalty fee.
- All Judge travel to and from Japan Kyoto (including international airfare for overseas-based judges) is included in the accommodation and transportation line item. Additional travel for domestic transfers within the Kansai region is covered.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons) common to the Kyoto region, may necessitate rescheduling. In such cases, this Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a revised event date mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- All disputes arising from this quotation shall be governed by the laws of Japan and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
- The Judge panel composition may be adjusted by up to two (2) individuals without altering the total cost, provided the replacement meets or exceeds the original qualification criteria.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of Judge services for the 2025 Kyoto International Arts & Martial Arts Championship to be conducted in Japan Kyoto. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
