Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period will require re-confirmation of all rates and Judge availability.
All prices are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 12% as per the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance payment within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the event in Almaty.
The client agrees to provide all necessary venue access, technical infrastructure, and logistical support at Koktem Palace, Almaty, to facilitate the Judge panel's work.
Any changes to the scope of Judge services, number of Judges, or event duration must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Additional costs will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
Our firm shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the identity of the Judges, scoring criteria, and deliberation outcomes until the official public announcement by the client.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty.
The client acknowledges that the Judge panel's decisions are final and binding for the purposes of the competition, and our firm's role is limited to coordination, logistics, and administrative support.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Judge services to be delivered in Kazakhstan, Almaty, and authorizes Almaty Professional Adjudication Services LLP to proceed with the engagement of the specified Judge panel.
