This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Judge system deployment in Kenya Nairobi:
- 30% advance payment (KES 6,730,320) upon signing of the purchase order and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% milestone payment (KES 8,973,760) upon successful installation and configuration of the Judge platform at the Nairobi court premises.
- 30% final payment (KES 6,730,320) upon completion of the training programme and handover of all documentation.
The complete deployment of the Judge system in Kenya Nairobi is estimated to be completed within twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution. This timeline includes hardware procurement, server room preparation at the Nairobi court complex, software installation, integration with existing Kenyan judiciary databases, user training sessions conducted in Nairobi, and a two-week parallel-run period before full go-live.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Judge system and associated services may be subject to revision due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier cost changes.
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of delivery to Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise stated.
- The Judge system license is non-transferable and is restricted to use within the Nairobi judicial district of Kenya. Any expansion to other counties (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru) will require a separate Quotation Estimate.
- Warranty on the Judge software is twelve (12) months from the date of go-live. Hardware warranty is as per manufacturer terms (minimum 36 months).

- Meridian Judicial Solutions Ltd. shall provide a dedicated Nairobi-based support team available Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 EAT, and emergency on-call support for critical judicial proceedings.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal purchase order or contract is executed by both parties.
