This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Nahda Legal & Judicial Consultancy FZE to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Judge to deliver professional judicial, arbitration, and mediation services within the jurisdiction of Kuwait, Kuwait City. The services outlined herein are intended to support the client in resolving commercial disputes, conducting binding arbitration proceedings, and providing expert judicial advisory counsel in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait and applicable international arbitration conventions.
The Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a retired senior judge of the Kuwaiti Court of Cassation with a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of judicial experience, fluent in both Arabic and English, and fully accredited by the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry for arbitration proceedings in Kuwait City.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall require a revised quotation from the undersigned office.
- All services shall be performed by the designated Judge or, in the event of unavoidable absence, by a substitute judge of equivalent seniority and qualification, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon execution of the engagement contract, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the final arbitral award.
- All proceedings shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law (Law No. 15 of 2010) and the UNCITRAL Model Law as applicable in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- The Judge shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all case materials, party identities, and proceedings. This obligation shall survive the completion of services for a period of five (5) years.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Kuwait City, State of Kuwait, or by mutual agreement through a separate arbitration panel.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined for the engagement of the Judge for judicial and arbitration services in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
