- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for Judge services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur are subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be paid upon acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) working days following the successful completion of all Judge duties and delivery of final evaluation reports.
- All Judge personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are independent professionals. Their assessments, scores, and written judgements are final and binding unless a formal appeal is lodged with the organising committee within forty-eight (48) hours of the event conclusion in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Each Judge shall be provided with a detailed scoring rubric, category-specific guidelines, and a conflict-of-interest declaration form at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Failure to receive these materials in a timely manner may affect the Judge's ability to perform duties to the required standard.
- The client shall provide a dedicated, air-conditioned judging room at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur venue, equipped with seating for the full Judge panel, access to the digital scoring platform, and a secure area for deliberation sessions.
- Any additional Judge personnel, extended event duration, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval from both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the engagement of Judge services described herein shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
- All personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Judge engagement shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
