- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by Lex Judicial Consulting Group, S.A. de C.V.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards and ethical codes governing legal practice in Mexico, Mexico City, as established by the Mexican Bar Association and the Federal Judiciary.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal monthly installments. All payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider in Mexico City.
- The Judge's office retains the right to request modifications to the scope of services at any time. Any such modifications will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement prior to execution.
- All deliverables, including legal opinions, drafted resolutions, and research memoranda, shall be provided in both physical and digital format. Digital copies shall be delivered via secure encrypted channels compliant with the Mexican Federal Law on Data Protection.
- Confidentiality: All information pertaining to the Judge's caseload, court proceedings, and internal administrative matters shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent of the Judge's office.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the authorized representative of the Judicial Power of the Federal District, Mexico City, Mexico.
- Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of Mexico, Mexico City, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Mexican Civil Code.
- The service provider warrants that all personnel assigned to this engagement hold valid professional licenses issued by the relevant authorities in Mexico and maintain current professional liability insurance coverage.
