This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. All pricing is quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and is subject to the standard 20% Value Added Tax (TVA) as mandated by the Moroccan tax authority (Direction Générale des Impôts). Payment terms are structured as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the delivery of the final written judgment by the Judge panel.

All proceedings shall be conducted in the official languages of the Kingdom of Morocco, namely Arabic and French, with English translation available at the rates specified in Item 06 of this Quotation Estimate.
Assumptions: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the case file contains no more than 500 pages of documentation. Should the volume exceed this threshold, an additional fee of 150 MAD per 50 pages will be applied to the Judge panel's pre-hearing review. The estimated three-day session assumes standard working hours of 08:00 to 17:00 local time in Morocco Casablanca. Overtime beyond these hours will be billed at 1.5x the applicable daily rate.
Exclusions: This estimate does not include court filing fees, enforcement costs, or any litigation expenses that may arise if the Judge panel's ruling is subsequently challenged before the Cour d'Appel de Casablanca. Travel and accommodation for the Judge panel members, should they be required to travel from outside the Casablanca metropolitan area, will be billed at actual cost with a 10% administrative surcharge.
