- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date is subject to re-pricing.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon arrival of the Judge system components at the Yangon port; 10% upon successful commissioning and sign-off at the Myanmar Yangon venue.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable Myanmar import duties, customs clearance fees, and Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Myanmar Revenue Department regulations.
- The Judge system warranty is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of commissioning in Yangon, covering all hardware components and software defects. Extended warranty options are available upon request.
- Delivery to the designated Myanmar Yangon location is estimated at 45 to 60 working days from the date of confirmed purchase order, subject to Myanmar customs processing timelines.
- Any modifications to the scope, quantity, or specifications of the Judge system after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
- Global Judge Systems Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by Myanmar government regulatory changes, port congestion, or force majeure events affecting the Yangon region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the Myanmar Yangon Events & Competitions Authority and countersigned by both parties.
